Learn how to Meditate

Learn about the benefits of meditation practice and have the process demystified. You will be introduced to 4 main forms of meditation, including body calming, mind calming, prayer/chanting, and cogitation meditation, and take home at least 1 technique of each.
This program will be taught by Joyful Path staff, who have practiced meditation for many years and are committed to passing its befits along. Come join us - your body and mind will thank you!
