Inner Balance class
Meditation through Movement
This class weaves together meditation and breath awareness with tai chi and qigong movements that are connected to the chakras. Students of all levels find it enjoyable.
For your comfort, please bring a pillow, blanket or mat for the meditation portion at the end of class.
