Healing is often thought of as something we do in response to an illness. And those who experience illness often speak of a "return to health," referring to a state of health they knew before they were ill. The prior state may have appeared healthier, but, in actuality, it contained the causes of the current illness.
As a result, we present healing to you as a journey forward to a state of optimal health - a state beyond what you have yet experienced. Our healers are oriented to helping you achieve a fresh state of health and work collaboratively on your healing team through complimentary mind-body therapies. Tai Chi Fundamentals
Tuesdays 6:30 - 8:00PM
Tai Chi's slow, graceful weight-bearing movements provide moderate aerobic exercise that improves your balance, coordination, core strength, energy level, flexibility, mental focus, postural alignment, relaxation, and stamina - and each of these benefits apply broadly to the way we move through our days. Practice can teach us economy of effort and presence in our relationships. Medical research has found that it enhances immune function, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress, anxiety, and the joint pain of arthritis. Sometimes described as moving meditation or choreographed qigong, tai chi is both a powerful health practice and an ancient Chinese martial art.
Guided Meditation

Meditation is a medicine we can carry with us every moment of our life. With a regular meditation practice, people often feel more joyful, creative, and less prone to stress or anxiety over things that used to seem overwhelming.
Each week, we practice one of the five types of meditation: Body calming, Mind calming, Contemplative, Prayer and chanting, and Transformative.
