Guided Meditation

Wednesday August 31, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Sit, relax and let us guide you in either a mindfulness, contemplative or compassion-based meditation. We will sit for 20 to 30 minutes and have time for discussion afterwards. Everyone is welcome, whether it is your first time meditating or you want to make this a weekly ritual. Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time so we can help you to sit comfortably. Led by Jugney Colin Arndt, a Joyful Path meditator with ten years of experience in contemplative practice.
